Talk about attention to detail and A+ customer service. Alvin's got it. I moved to Irvine and needed a rental place. Found Alvin on Zillow, read the reviews and scheduled a meeting with him the following day. I mean... he only got a measly few hundred bucks commission from my inexpensive rental, but he treated me like I'm purchasing a million dollar property. Not only did he spent an hour introducing Irvine to me and my wife, he made a few recommendations on which neighborhood he thinks will fit us according to our described lifestyle, drove us around and showed us a few properties on the same day. We found what we like within a week in the recommended area and he even negotiated with the landlord to allow us to bring our little Chihuahua with us... with a pet deposit of course. I will most definitely find Alvin again when I'm ready to purchase a home.

I relocated to Irvine and had only a few weeks to either make a home purchase or rent a home.

I looked up Zillow and found Alvin. Rarely do you find an agent with so much knowledge who is willing to go that extra mile to make sure his customer is happy, and Alvin is certainly one of them. His expertise with the Irvine/OC market is 2nd to none and he is a locale to Irvine as well. We sat down one afternoon and he had a whole buyer's package prepared for me, having all the information I need, including school's API scores, average home prices, trends, etc. I told him about my price range, wants in a home and he said he has a few in mind for me. We set off on the same afternoon to look at those homes and I fell in love with one of them. His negotiation skillset to find the best pricing for the buyers allows me to get the best value I can get for this house. This home is exactly what I needed and my family loved it here. Having been in Irvine for about 1 year now, (hind sight is always 20/20), I still think Alvin helped me made the best decision. Highly recommended Alvin Wang as your agent.

Alvin is very patient in 1)helping me pick an area best for my family. I'm very very happy with Irvine and the area I live in, that is very close to a good school for my kids 2)explaining the home process and putting me in touch of a lender that does foreign loan 3)providing me with alot of useful information on home prices and school. After we arrived in the US, Alvin arranged an airport shuttle to pick us up, helped us with translation, and most importantly, helped us pick out the perfect home for my kids and family. I am very happy with him and cannot ask for more. He is very respectful, and fights hard in his negotiations in price and also asking seller to credit us more for needed repairs .

In addition to finding many suitable homes that we could not locate ourselves, Alvin provided lots of information on each area, tips and advice on what to look for and what to avoid when trying to find the perfect home. Alvin negotiated with the seller on our behalf and got us a great deal in the end. He also guided us through the complex mortgage and buying process which is very complex for first time buyers in the US. He helped with the inspection and handover and was very thorough. Alvin was available around the clock and responded immediately to any of our many questions and concerns. True 5 star service. I could not recommend Alvin more.

Alvin showed me alot of houses during the 6 months period when I was shopping for a home.

Found Alvin through a business partner's referral years ago.

He is very informational and told me everything I need to know about Irvine and Newport. I told Alvin about my desire for a big, ocean-view home in Newport Beach, but given the uncertainty of my business and visa situation, he recommended that I either buy a smaller house or rent a home in the meanwhile until things become clear and I can be sure of the amount of time I will spend in US. I am surprised by his honest and truthful analysis because this means he will make ALOT less commission. This shows that he is a person of integrity and a Realtor who watches out for his client's best interest. I ended up buying a much smaller house which Alvin later help me rent for free. It was an excellent decision. I ended up spending very little time in the US and buying a big house would be a waste on property tax, maintenance, and harder to rent. Thank you, Alvin.
